The most effective way to slim down your arms is 7 simple steps to get rid of fat. Stand in front of a wall, with a distance of twice the length of your feet from the wall. Put your feet together, stand upright, stretch your back muscles upwards, straighten your arms and lift them forward, with your palms touching the wall.
